October Update!

My favorite season has always been fall, and we're so excited to experience it with the babies!

Drew & Eden are 7 months old now, and they are SO busy!!  We've had a lot going on lately, but it's been a lot of fun!  We've been to Atlanta twice this fall for a couple of weddings, and we went down there again to celebrate John's birthday and go to the NASCAR race.  It was fun to see Carl Edwards' winning backflip!!

Fall is also a great time to be outdoors! We went to Sky Top Apple Orchard with a group of our friends (young and old) and Asher took some of the CUTEST pics of our babies!

We also decided to enjoy the beautiful autumn leaves on a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway...

Drew is quite the little man!!  He is so big, and he's got such a sweet disposition.  He's been trying like crazy to keep up with Eden, and he's doing a great job!  He is also now pulling up to standing!

For as petite as she is, Eden makes up for her size in personality!  She is so spunky, and always has to be on the move.  To John's delight, "dada" seems to be the word of choice, as well as a vast array of squeaks and squeals.  Lately, Eden has been doing a little throat clearing cough a lot, and at first I thought she might be getting a cold.  But we quickly discovered that she uses it to say she wants a change... meaning she is done with her bottle, she wants to be put down to play, or she disapproves of something.  She is quite the little character and adventurer!

Drew and Eden dressed up as Winnie the Pooh and Tigger for Halloween.  It was fun to show them off to the neighborhood for a little while!  Here are some pictures:

Time flies when you're having fun!!

Tigger and Pooh look like two peas in a pod! They really are too precious. My hat is off to you, girl...I can hardly keep up with Charlie now that he is crawling. You must get quite a workout with both of them on the move. Keep the pictures coming. I am enjoying watching them grow up via blog :o)
